Pets are allowed in all the State Parks if they are on a lease and are friendly. Pets are not allowed in the State Nature Preserves such as Conkle’s Hollow and Rockbridge.

What follows is a listing of pet friendly lodgings. The ones that are stated as “Call First” have only certain accommodations that accept pets, have pet deposits or other pet policies that you need to be aware of so you need to call and ask them personally about their pet policy .

Tip:  Use this list after you have a listing of available lodgings from the “How to Book a Cabin in the Hocking Hills’ section. Then cross off all the ones that are not pet friendly using these two lists. You will then have a list of all the lodgings that are available on your dates and also are ones that accept pets.

You will then need to call or email each one of them to see if the size of accommodation you are needing is the one that is available and exactly what their pet policy is for renting their lodging. You can also pull each website up to see pictures of each lodging to see if it appeals to you and also see if their nightly rental fees are listed. By the time you finish calling or emailing you should have narrowed the original list to your favorites and then be able to make a final decision of which cabin you want to reserve.
